Arable / Spray Operator

Required for 3,000ha Farm in East Kent

St Nicholas Court Farms is located close to Canterbury, and as well as farming a large cereal area, also runs two AD plants in house.
We are looking for a first-class arable operator whose prime role would be to run a 36m Challenger Rogator 655D Sprayer through the spraying season.
Other key responsibilities will include cultivations, drilling, fertiliser spreading and machinery maintenance.
The correct candidate should have previous spraying experience, holding Pa1 and Pa2 certificates. Be highly self-motivated, be able to take responsibility and pay close attention to detail. There will be involvement in all aspects of the business making the ability to work as a team very important.

This is a permanent, full time position, offering excellent remuneration package including salary and family size house if required.
