Need to put on a few extra screws in a fiat 100 90 interior to keep it together. Do these screws tap themselves going in normally? Also what size drill bit to make the hole?
I’d say no doesn’t look like a cutting edge from the pic but there’s no reason why you can’t use a self tapper to make a hole then screw one of those in after

So what are the type I should get? The ones currently on it just screw through the steel. I need them to have the countersunk washer to match the ones already on

Tech screws. Usually have hex heads for a drill with suitable socket.

However, the screws in the original picture are called self tapping and may well be, in wood. In steel they need a suitable size pilot hole drilled first. Those ones shown in the Screwfix link will drill through mild steel and are the type you'd use to sheet doors or attach roofing sheets to steel purlins. The former are 'self tapping' while the latter are 'self drilling' and tapping.
