Are 6013 rods ok for repairing railway track?

I should start by saying that these tracks have not seen a train for many years but have been made into a cattle grid which needs repairs
If 6013 are not satisfactory which rods are suitable
I have a 200 amp dc engine

on second thoughts i would go with 312's and warm up the area a bit first to help with stress.
they are a bit more expensive but nice and smooth to use

but having said that i've welded gate hangings on with 6013 's before a fair few years ago and they are they are still there.
