Talking about decent sized livestock units, 500ish acres, 1000 ewes, 100 sucklers give or take a bit.
Don't often see them advertised. Do they tend to go under the radar so to speak?

Talk about nut cases taking over the asylum, NT would get that award, the people that gifted their places to them generations ago would be turning In their grave if they could see what's happened , they would have been better paying the tax and keeping the 10% left !
I could write a book on the antics of these idiots, in fact I may well do so when I hand them back my farm next year. They are under investigation by the Charites Commission at the moment as a result of their antics, don't think it will change them much though. Too politically driven to take any notice of our government, look at their stance on the TB cull!

Where's your farm and are they renting it back out?

Believe me you would not want it with the terms and conditions they will want to attach to it. They will probably do nothing with it for a couple of years, it will take them at least that long to decide what they want to do, and then they will shift the goal posts continually. Trust me I know having tolerated them for 25 years. One thing for sure is they will not want any farming done, lots of public access, wilding and subsidy claiming will be involved.

We once walked a NT farm in the South East. Mrs NeilO and I walked it and were quite excited, as usual, by some of the potential. Then we went back to the house and (limited/run down) buildings and met the NT land agents that we would have been dealing with in the future. I remember turning and striding back to the car, furious that we had wasted a day on those tossers. There is no way that I could have worked with them, even if the farm had been free. I certainly didn't waste time putting a tender in.
