Not quite NH but the Case IH updated cab is meant to be coming 2020 as far as I know. NH at the same time perhaps?

I think it's only for what is the Magnum for Case IH and whatever the NH equivalent is. I hope anyway, I wouldn't want to see this replace the current Multicontroller. There's nothing wrong with the Multicontroller/Sidewinder 2 as it is surely? Personally feel the Multicontroller is better laid out.

Don't see the point in a 'cab update' just for the sake of it, all it will do is further and further increase the price of these tractors. The new roofs with all the lights are very welcome, fixing something that isn't broken is not. Some extra power/charge points would be handy, but it's not exactly a major task to retro fit some anyway.

All NH would have to do is get rid of the central dash and have the screens on the a-pillar like Case did, frees up a big space. You can have the big box behind the passenger seat, you can get a box or bag of some description to fit snug by the r/h door.

All extra cubby boxes and stuff do is encourage people to keep loads of unnecessary crap rattling around in cabs.

By that time will the ride be as smooth as it is in an car /HGV on country lanes, always think that for what modern tractors cost the ride on country lanes is appalling.
Thank goodness I do very little tractor driving now,but I expect for you youngsters, driving like hell and being bounced about is still a novelty:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Local dealer reckoned the new sidewinder will repace the sidewinder 2 as it been around for so long. I personal really like the current sidewinder interested to see if it is an improvement or not. Personally i dont like this on the floor i get abit ocd about everything in its place my T8 got plenty of places to keep things an power sockets but when im in one of the T7 i find storage places an power sockets are abit sparse

The novelty of that in my t8 wore off 3 years ago lol slow an steady over the bumps these days haha

The current seat in a t7 is pathetic compared to the competition. The external remote stwitches are clunky.
The main arm rest flops around.

I look forward to an update.

There are a lot of good things on the current sidewinder but it’s time for an improvement.

Don't find anything the matter with it personally.

Have had fastrac and JD demos and didn't feel hard done too getting back into NH, or like we had to change brand.

I'd like to try a valtra smart touch, they seem to have taken things too another level.

We have just bought a used Puma 240 CVX, cant honestly say I could want for much more, having driven Fendt,Valtra etc recently.

Aw yeah, more buttons on a joystick and a fancy touch screen that controls everything.... the last things I wanted added into the T7s.
All I want is some extra spaces to store a bag, a bottle of juice and a better suspension underneath it - I just don't find them that comfortable compared to their competition.
