Another myth , their are honest accountants and dishonest ones, which do you want to trust your freedom with ?

A good accountant who will deliver at least 10x their fees for my benefit. The difference between tax evasion and tax avoidance is a good honest but sharp accountant. Rather than fritter my disposable income on fancy iPhones and financed flashy cars I put it into ISAs and my pension fund so the taxman gets a bite at a bigger pot of cash at a later date when I draw it down. I don't begrudge paying tax but I'm damned if I'll pay any more than I legally have to.

I aspire to be in the top 5% :D

Edited to add: I also aspire to live long enough to spend it!

in reality none of us should be farming land has stopped appreciating in value now it most likely as high as it will go but producing food for our country is what we are raised to do and so we keep going, its sad to see that many dont appreciate it now if the nation doesnt support the farmers in the form of support like the rest of the EU or paying over true cost of production then its game over for the industry, as said before many are out there practically working for free to raise animals and grow crops

Folk slag us off from the Comfort of their new 3 bedroom house little realising that where it sits used to be a meadow with a pond in the corner and loads of wildlife. Freak flooding and wildlife decline has a lot to do with new housing estates.

Depends what part of the country you're looking at. I was only talking to someone yesterday, a friend of theirs was looking to move closer to London, they were looking at Egham in Surry with a budget of £650k which might get them a 70s built three bed semi.

Might be a good buy. My sister bought a 2 bed semi in Egham for £450k and sold it 4 years later for £600k

Only improvements were a garden fence and a parking spot!

Boss - would you mind awfully using some punctuation please, in the correct places? It's just that half of us here really can't be bothered to translate that garbage into readable english. Spare a thought for your readers, if you want any of them to actually look at what you've written.
