I’ve just downloaded the app and worked it out. Nearly 2ppl for our jersey butter!
Do they work it out on composition? I assumed it would just be paid on the KG listed on the year to date on Dec statement which is just litres converted at a standard 1.2 conversion rate?

Agree. Please don't lump it with your milk price. It's your return on capital inveseted in the business and remember that's only two thirds of it. Because a third is retained for investment.

I don't think it is a return on capital, otherwise it would be called a dividend, and paid based on our level of investment.

Instead it's called a 13th payment as it's a balancing payment on our milk production after the whole year has been accounted.
