We seek an enthusiastic individual, committed to the highest standards of welfare and production. Responsible for the operational management of the unit, there is real opportunity for the right person to make their mark and progress their career with this progressive business.
Duties include managing a team of 3, record-keeping, preparation for customer visits, plus some assistance with arable and milling operations. Evening and weekend cover is expected as part of a rota system.
