Australian superannuation

Hi
I worked on a farm in Australia in 2001/2 and received $603 in superannuation fund. I have never got around to reclaiming this although having looked at the exchange rate this morning, it is worth an extra £125 compared to what it was when I was there.
I received a letter this morning asking if I want to switch it. Has anyone else managed to claim this money and if so, how did you do it? Did they switch it into a UK pension or did you get a cheque?
I understand this is a bit of a tenuous thread for a farming forum, so I better include a bit of agriculture!
The farm was in Jerdacuttup WA, was about 10000 acres of arable and sheep. All the arable was swathed using 30 foot trailed swathes and harvested using 12 foot pickup headers through a 2388 axial flow and a new holland.
The harvest was the wettest one they had ever had, and I became chief grain blender as we had no drier and 80% barley was stored outside in what looked like silage pits.
Hard work but great fun!

Couldn't tell if I claimed back my superannuation money, but I did work on a farm at jerdacuttup (jerdy)! Was almost next to the co,op grain store. It was a chap called Derek Williams, I would imagine his son Simon is farming it all now as that was back in 96/97 and he was 60 plus then ! On this subject does anyone know or have contact details for a bloke called Emlyn Sparks ? Was in Oz with him back then but have lost touch. He used to live in the Wellington area down in the SW somewhere. Excuse my lack geographical knowledge for that area...

Drove through the Jerdacuttup region about a year ago, lost in a campervan, at night!
Never seen so many kangaroos or flies before. Very dangerous.
Saw two combines going in a field and just knew the drivers were on the cb to each other asking wtf when they say our lights go by. :D

Yes you can claim it back, my lad did it recently.
