The pulley on the water pump is in 2 halves, the front half threaded to tighten the belt. To remove belt slacken the nut and unscrew the set screw so that the pulley half will wind away from the belt, if you're lucky and it's not seized. When the belt is slack gently pry over crank pulley and work the belt over the fan. Dynamo will move to slacken the other belt

You force the belt over the fan blades then bring it back through if you look at the fan cowl there will be a gap either near the bottom or top this is to feed th belt through.
As all above
And no need to remove rad
Check the pully and belt for tension after its bedded in

Thank you Gentlemen for the advice. Much appreciated to reduce the work. Can you please reference me the book with the diagram so maybe I could buy that?

There will be the belt over the fan is easy when you look you basicly force half the belt over the top of the blades so its in between the fan and radiator then bring it out the bottom under the fan so its all back on the engine side ready to go on the pulleys

If i get chance tomorrow i can make a video explaining what i mean for you if you would like
