Bale Squeeze

Looking for another bale squeeze. We currently run a Quadrogrip, but need another.
Quadrogrip is not ideal as the wear pads don’t last long, and the back frame is too wide.

Criteria:
Handle 2x 4x3 bales
Handle 4x 3x3 bales
Capacity 2000kg (ideally)
Opens to 2.1m and closes to 700mm with no adjustments
Backframe 1.3m wide when closed
JCB Qfit brackets

Recommendations please?
The Broadwater HD model looks ideal but they don’t make it any more.

I love my Albutt F450. I have moved most things with it including pallets of concrete blocks!

I would struggle to use a Quadrogrip after using this.

Unless they have altered the design you have to change pin settings between large and small bales so won’t even consider them.

Has anyone on here got an F470?

Been looking into it, only has 2ft of travel though without getting out and playing with valves. Not ideal for what we want.

My cheaper albutt one will pick up 6 80x70s 120 long or 3 quads up to 6 foot long.

I was looking at that too and it’d be ideal for us, but only rated to 1t I think. How heavy are your bales?

200 0r 400 kg so 1200kg total

470 just looks stronger and will take more work

Page 35, very similar to the Kemp maybe not quite as strong. George Starling sells some of there gear, he did have a squeezer on his site but I don’t think it’s on anymore.
Might be worth a call !.

Edit. Also only rated to 1.5 ton

@Gerbert I like the look of those! Thanks for the link. Are they as strong as they look? I currently use a cheap as chips Zagroda squeeze, done really well for the money and moved many thousands of tons of fodder, but quite frankly it’s a bit worn out now, but I do use it for EVERYTHING!
