Bamford Tractor ?

Just came across this sales brochure on fleabay, and it looks a bit like a Deutz cab, but just interested if anyone knows exactly what it is/was and are any of them still around?

We are only 20 miles from the old Bamfords factory and never even heard of these, wonder if they were a possible import at the time they were importing Volvo combines and selling as BM Volvo? I'm sure someone will know!

Looks like a Deutz exhaust too .

These were a badged up Torpedo tractor made in the former Yugoslavia from Deutz designs

Looks almost entirely like a Deutz DX110, 120 type in model with a slightly reworked bonnet. Cab, Exhaust identical.

Torpedo used to build the fl912 Deutz engines under licence a engine supplier used to sell lots of these as genuine Deutz just had to change the rocker covers to genuine ones

I used to work for Bamfords and I remember the leaflet but I am pretty sure that they never actually imported any

They were sold in the USA under the Memo brand also

Brought that brochure after selling one 5yrs ago which I had since a kid wish I hadn't least I got it back.

Ploughman 1963 I was going to ask if any where sold in the UK. We only 20 or so miles away, we use to do alot off umbilical pumping in the area in the 90's but nobody had ever seen one.
