Basic slatted pig fattening shed

I’ll probably get shot down for this but
Has anyone got a slatted pig fattening shed but just laid out like a normal shed on the outside like cement fibre roof and Yorkshire boarding? Currently have pigs on straw yards so they manage with No insulation etc.
would it work? Any advice?

Yes weve nearly gone out of pigs here but it worked well, our main fattening sheds were partly slatted then covered concrete block walled pens inside the shed they used to lie in. Theyd keep the pen clean 90% of the time. With fibre cement sheds and yorkshire boarding you need a covered pen inside the shed for warmth , especially where we are here in the peak district, but the slats part dont have to be covered. In the pen part the floor was fairly thin concrete with insulation underneath. Suppose it could be fully slatted, plastic slats in the pen part to encourage them to lie there and concrete slats outside would be ideal.
