Knitter problem ties first knot fine but second knot it ties the top string but not the bottom one and when it dose it’s a bad knot

Will try that thanks it doesn’t do it all the time just ever now and then which in annoying

Twine fingers not close enough to the needles and not picking up the twine for the second knot.
You need to start at the beginning and set the needle to the twine disc and then set the twine fingers to the needles, also make sure the twine fingers are retracting enough or they will also miss the twine !.

The other thing is the knife that cuts the twine,if this is full it can pull the knot out of the twine disc, any doubt I always put a new knife on
