Was it worth watching? I've seen enough of these programmes to not bother watching them now. They generally ramble on and on saying the same thing repeating themselves a hundered times to make an hour long programme out of 15 actual minutes of material, without actually imparting much in the way of knowledge but lots of confusion.

I'm a cynical barsteward about most things, didn't catch the whole programme, but the bits I did see were pleasantly surprising. I'll catch it on iplayer later.

Well at least they showed how much better cows milk was v almond or soya milk.

My Mrs watched it last night . She was struck by the trial?? that was conducted on several folk , seeing what rehydrated people the best and what health benefits were from each drink , (Water , coffee , orange juice and milk came out ,well on top , and gave vit B12 which helped protect you from Altzeimers and iodine to help your thyroid .)
