Called bcms helpline 3 times today, each time I just get told to leave my number. Anyone else had this problem today? (Wednesday)

Have BCMS staff downed tools now or what , phoned 1234 number and it keeps defaulting to automated service !! How do you speak to any of them now wtf has gone on
