Can you take some pictures of the meat shelves in your local one?
I will take some of ours...their meat shelves are exceptional in ours

Just been into my local morrisons store, every shelve/ fridge is packed with goods except for the fresh meat section!

NO lamb.
Very little pork.
About two roasting joints of beef and about 20 steaks on the shelve ( which looked sh!t ) and that was it!

Stood there for a couple of minutes and no end of people looked at the lamb/beef sections in that time, saw there was nothing there and then walked off!

That’s not good. Do you think they are weaning folk off red meat?

Well lucky you but the table valuations this side of the bridge have been going for years and the compensation is rubbish ( around £850 for a suckler cow the last time I looked )

It’s not lucky for me as I’m a beef farmer as you well know.

My point was when I went down I got £1100 and the dairy farm next door got £9k. This is why the Tb job if fudged for the country.

Farmers are their own worst enemy instead of sticking together we attack each other.
