I’m saying nowt but it appears that beef consumption has risen since lockdown, just got to hope it continues permanently

If I say it enough it’s bound to happen one year....beef isnt sustainable at current levels

The only big stumbling block is that this impending trade agreement with the yanks.

But with the ethanol trade at vertually flat line it might bring over some cheap maize, so starch based rations should be attractive.

I think that the trade agreement in itself could be a stumbling block (and I emphasis the word could).

If they do end up sending cheap beef then we need lower inputs to compete, and if home grown grains are going to be high then how do we compete?
