i have the same problem, i remember selling milling wheat to go into store one june for £178 the only guide ive got is the reg of the lorry CLA 471T and we scraped it over 30 years ago :scratchhead: 🤣
1988,Im pretty certain we combined pipkin barley at 3 ton an acre at £150 or there abouts,drilling the same field yesterday and frost has beat us to finish it today,started too late and finished too early,will we harvest 3t at £185 ish 36 years on

9kgs , say average portion 333grams so 3 kebabs to kilo , lets say 30 kebabs at ??? £6 ?? So turn £40 into £180 gross … roughly , then you have staff rent rates gas etc etc ,,, be nowt fancy££ unless selling loads n loads … fast food shops seem labour intense to me …. Labour ££££

Friend who does a lot of stores says his are at least a month behind where he would expect them. Price increasing mid Jan means a lot will be thinking they will only earn by keeping.
personally I don’t think numbers are there. Not enough born last spring due to the dry summer.
Completely different this year. Most Scanning’s seem to be back to normal. Early summer trade could be the one with not so many singles about.

Good job I had a crap scanning with lots of singles then!!
