Possibly but easiest way to deal with sheep scab is assume you have bought it in and dip everything or Cydectin and ectofly if they are in lambAgree with that and the same should be done for sheep scab.

A year or so back there was an outbreak in Cumbria that took in a lot of farms due to the affected farm having land scattered around everywhere. They bought the infected cow in TB free Scotland.I don’t , as far as I’m aware Scotland is TB free apart from the odd case of bought in beasts.
Did they really !A year or so back there was an outbreak in Cumbria that took in a lot of farms due to the affected farm having land scattered around everywhere. They bought the infected cow in TB free Scotland.

No idea and not looking for an argument about it, just saying what happened. There was a lot of comment at the time about Scotland being described as TB free but apparently if cases are low enough that's how it's classed, doesn't have to be zero cases. So the Scottish authorities are covering up TB ?
Same can be said for BSE, which is non zero in “BSE free” U.K.No idea and not looking for an argument about it, just saying what happened. I’ll second that. Anyone there/heard what the trade did?Anyone been seen any stores lambs at Exeter today?
Find it hard to believe , but like I say I know little about TB …. Fortunately .No idea and not looking for an argument about it, just saying what happened. And its prevalent in some very English breeds , breeders turning a blind eyeMV would make sheep scab look good , yet very few flock masters give a sh!t about MV but would throw the toys out if a neighbour had scab , strange .
