This is what I can’t work out. Half legs, chops, half the time no diced on shelves that’s it usually. Tesco had some British rolled breast the other week, first time the wife had seen it and bought one to dice for a curry. Ended up roasting it, it was damn good, she bought another

Always seems to sell well in the pubs/restaurants but treated as an afterthought in most local supermarkets.

Yes until something goes wrong, then it will be a case of throw money at it to fix it. Suez Canal is on a go slow that’ll hold the boats up for a week or two .

Can't they put some diversion signs up, they could nip round, don't look far on the map.

I had some steak out of there it was best steak I’ve had for a bit. Think there was something about it being from somewhere totally different to where they said it was from

Cally had a good sale today plenty good lmbs. Had a man who only buy nice one there farley helped the trade.

Lot of folk havnt got lambs weaned yet as they’ve still been on with crop. Were 2 weeks behind. Should hopefully have the last fell lambs off tomorrow. 100 stores for thursday and another 50 for friday.

Cally had a good sale today plenty good lmbs. Had a man who only buy nice one there farley helped the trade.

White faces were dear. Anything else manageable. Thought there was alot of bigger lambs in, a good show on the whole.

Folk too busy getting grass or got plenty to graze so not rushing? Mark told me the other week if I wanted to shift any heifers before housing to wait till late September
