Best cordless clippers

Anyone recommend a dual purpose cordless clipper that would dag ewes, shear the odd maggot ewe, clip bellies of 25 tup lambs and shear the backs of 4 calves?

We only have a small number of stock but cordless clippers would be useful.

About £200 mark is limit.

I like the sound of Masterclip Outback plus they come with 2 years warranty. But if you want to use for cattle and sheep do you need to buy different combs? They seem to sell a set for cattle and another for sheep.

Does anyone have these? Are they for cattle only? Iv found them at the very bottom of my dads stuff in the shed.

Looks like they are more for small animals/horses. Was thinking as they'll have had next to no use might be worth selling them [emoji848]

That’s exactly what they are. For clipping horses etc who don’t like the cable ( scary snake ) trailing in the stable . Couldn’t you use them for tarting up your posh tups before sale ?

They'd be exactly what I would use for shaving the day old calf horn buds in the field before putting on dehorning paste, if I had a set. Instead, I use a beard trimmer from Tesco, which is okay but a bit underpowered. I'd also have used them yesterday on a young lamb that had some maggots which needed shearing out, but had to make do with a corded set of calf clippers for that too. Thinking about it, they would have been perfect for your bfl last week too.

If you do want to sell them, let me know your price. Although looking at the sticker on the box, I couldn't really justify them, and you should probably keep them anyway.

Ah I didn't recognise them. These are the shears we use to
shear the tups heads. Didn't realise Andy put them back in the shed afterwards!
