best dealer boots

Hi all, what dealer boots are people really happy with at the moment for everyday? I prefer non safety. Had a pair of tan redbacks that I have worn nearly every day for the last 2 years but they have now split so time for some new! the redbacks have been by far the most comfy I have had but haven't been the most waterproof. I've been told by a few that redback quality has gone downhill recently...

Mongrels.
Redbacks are not half the boots that they were 10yrs ago.
See below...

My redbacks worn daily for 18 months through cow muck and mud. Got a new pair sat on the shelf ready, old ones won’t die! Comfy 👍. Claas Cirencester had a good price.
They are the best I've had so far, but the above has a point, although I'd say they haven't gone down in quality anywhere near as much as suggested.

V12 here aswell... Riggers were the best I'd had so gave the dealer boots a go.

No complaints although I've been doing concrete in them the last 2 weeks so look past their best.

Buy what you like, I don't mind:).
Just outlining my experience, and I've previously had Redbacks for about 15yrs.

Thread title is “best dealer boot” doesn’t specify for what use. In that case there can only be one contender and that’s RM Williams, nothing else comes close. If you want a harder wearing pair than their Craftsman boot go for the Gammon boot.

should add that I have Redbacks for on the farm and find them superbly comfortable. BUT the soles are made of soft cheese and wear out way before the rest of the boot. It’s hot so bad I’m thinking of looking for something else with a safety toe cap.

Of course I will; I've had them for about the same length of time, of course the newer ones haven't had as long as the older ones to prove themselves, but I can't say they seem any different really - perhaps you have very sensitive feet...

Joking apart, in what way(s) do you think they have gone down in quality. The leather seems the same, the sole seems the same, the insole seems the same and the join between sole and upper seems the same...
