Best thing for temporary water drinkers

What’s best way to put in temporary water drinkers in cattle shed for sheep at lambing time . Only have one cattle drinker and too high fir sheep plus will split sheds up into sections so need a few . Was just thinking water troughs sat on ground level?

We have plastic sheep troughs, but I have made wooden stands to raise them up, to stop the ewers crapping in them, and also stop lambs getting in and drowning.
