My best Atlantis control was last April the 10th with 2 lts of defy on big black grass, but like some say it's just unpredictable.

My soil thermometer says 10 oC at 4" deep just now. I've taken the sprayer off liquid fertiliser & gone onto Broadway Star on well tillered ryegrass in Diego wheat

Interesting as you would think very little residual activity in April. Has this shown resistance before? Defy same mode of action as avadex. Again sulphur involved

Did 60ha of Pacifica this morning before it got breezy. Really good conditions. But crops look a tad thinner from on the seat and I reckon they want a good roll.

You'll stay away from the Pacifica treated land for at least a week I hope

Nitrogen and sunshine should fix the crop.

Yes. Although it would roll, I'll be giving it a good fortnight. Has had the nitrogen (urea) but perhaps should have used some Piamon as its certainly got to work on some other wheats.

No we

not sure why, but it seems to kick the black grass hard, it has shown resistance for at least 5 years.
