Blackgrass in spring barley

It's a pain. The one year you think that we Willgive bg a headache and it all grows in the spring!!!!

I have put axial on 2 weeks ago at 0.6lha with mixed results

My BG at my previous farm tested as fully cross-resistant to all ACCase herbicides including Axial, despite having never used it.

Did you use an adjuvant with it or just put it on straight. Also is your BG susceptible?

Yes used adigor.
Not joking there. BG is the number 1 threat to profitable farming here.

The one big difference I have noticed is where I used the seed Hal and did not roll afterwards there is very little disturbance therefore little if no blackgrass. Whereas where I used my Claydon and rolled it has tickled the whole surface and germinated the bg really well.
