BnB vs Renting out

Does anyone have any opinions on the risk vs reward of having BnB pigs in vs renting out the whole pig unit for someone else to breed and raise

It basically comes down to wether or not you want the work, and if you can personally benefit from the muck

I’d be working either way on farm, no personal use to the muck

There used to be a member called BnB pig man. He did exactly that.
In the end there was a sale of all his gear.
That says a lot about this as an industry in that the money MAY look good on paper but when reality kicks in it is very different.
I know nothing about pigs or BnBing them. I perfer to BnB people as it actually earns an income.....

I do bnb pigs but i cant help as i know nothing about renting out and what income etc… sorry
