BNG - Habitat Management Plan

I was just wondering what people are being quoted for the preparation of a Habitat Management Plan where its being used to register land for Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) credits.

Only had a brief conversation so far. I think they were talking about £750, but not certain how many hectares that might cover.

I'm wary of some of these companies. Wondering if their business model is based around quoting attractive BNG £££, then making their living out of charging £750, then not actually having any BNG contracts available.

I'm inclined to say their developers can pay for my existing condition survey and habitat management plan. If they won't, then I'm wondering if they actually have any customers lined up or not.
