Any bright ideas? At cost type concrete gutter with plastic gutter concreted in. Could I line plastic gutter somehow with roll of flash band or similar?

A1 installations will make a continuous aluminium gutter on site to line the concrete one. I've used them twice. Might not be the cheapest but will not leak or split for a long time.

I would have said HD Sharman liner but seeing as it's been concreted in why not peel out the old plastic and replace it? Only a bit of hammer work if the joins are a different dimensio.

Get a hose up there and do a fall test would get as much up on the ridge as you can aswell see how it behaves could be hitting what would be the front edge of the plastic half round and getting behind it. Has it been cemented in fully or just layed on dollops?

If concrete is still sound, joints were sealed with hot bitumastic poured in, you should be able to clean them out and get them re-sealed.
