Driving a ?Apologies - my post was meant to say £19k for a chassis, 15t bin and flat bed. That’s a complete body swap system.
Edit - that’s what you get for trying to do 3 things at once.
Joking

Looks good wot hp is tractor ? Regards.richard.
Did you pursue this any further?Keep coming back to these as a viable unit for us, as they tick so many boxes.
Jack the air suspension up. Put legs in body. Lower chassis and drive out.
But I’m struggling to find anyone that makes them.
Stronga do but their bodies are too wide for the UK.
Annaburger but not sure who sells in the UK.
Are there any other makes?
In theory there shouldn’t be a huge amount of extra weight,if you had a chassis with the tipping gear/front to back runners similar to a hook lift it wouldn’t weigh much more, with a hook lift all the weight is in the hook gear.
Looks good, regards .It’s a T7.270 so around 240hp you need a bit of weight in the tractor when lifting on a full slip weighing 20 ton
