Bolt and drill size

Got some panels to bolt down to concrete using the screw in type of anchor bolt.
What size bolt for a 10mm hole and what size drill bit do I need?
This type of thing.

M10 concrete bolt usually needs a 10mm hole. If bought by the box/ bag they can often tell you on the label

Edit to add that if your existing hole is 10mm then you’ll probably want a M8 bolt and 8mm drill bit

So will the 8mm bolt flights be tight in a 10mm hole in the panel?

I’ve no experience of 8 in a 10 but I know that the M10 I buy go through a 12mm hole so wouldn’t be far off. Do you need them to be tight or do you not want them to damage the panel you’re putting them through?

Info should be on the box/bag which size (OD & Length) of drill bit to use.
I usually blow out the hole with an airline & squeeze in Epoxy Resin when using that style of screw in anchor - no idea if it makes a real difference though it seems right in my mind especially if on a floor.
