Bolt in ring hitch

I'm messing about with a old 5t T&F trailer at the moment and would like to replace the ring hitch before it goes of to be shot blasted/painted,the old one is twisted and worn,does anyone know where I can get a new one from?

I will hazard a guess that you will have to unbolt it, order a long eye and cut that one off the clevis hitch assembly and weld the new one one before bolting it back in the holder. You can get them 16” long but not in 40mm wide guise!!

Stuck with grafting on a new ring hitch after slicing the old one off I'm afraid. You might strike it lucky scouring the auto jumbles but be prepared for your search to take some time!
