Been covered before but I'm confused. Have some people telling at home to bolus ewes 2 weeks before tipping and two weeks before lambing, then some telling me to do it 6 weeks before. Then some telling me now it's 4 weeks before tipping. What do others do ?
Thanks

I've done mine already, Rams due in on the 25th. Boluses are slow releasing, so take a while to get into the system fully, and I want them to be peaking when the Rams go in. But speak to the company who make the ones you use, they should be able to advise you best.

I use the traffic light ones I think they are. Was the Agri store assistant that said need to be month before Rams out. I found they have helped the scan % but he mentioned that will help them come into season to if used a month from tupping

I was a bit late bolusing in relation to tips going in so gave them a liquid drench and bolused at the same time.

Hopefully the liquid drench will kick in quickly and bolus takes over.
