Bomb disposal - Advice Please

So a bloke jumps out of a plane and his parachute fails to open...so he tugs on his reserve chute...nothing...on the way down he's praying and trying to think what to do when he sees @DFC coming up towards him. He shouts to DFC "do you know anything about parachutes? " "No" comes the reply. DFC shouts back " do you know anything about bomb disposal??"

Ok, update......
The pond is completely cleared of over growth etc..... The landowner came upto the field this morning and said he would ring them necessary people to have a chat.....
After lunch I get a phone call to say that he has been in touch with bomb disposal and they are more than happy to come out and take a look. They said that they would probably pump the pond out and then use a special metal detector..... However..... The bomb squad aren't allowed to come out unless the police tell them too......
So.... The landlord gets on the blower straight away to the police and tells them the story and that he has been in touch with the bomb disposal and they are happy to come out.... Said policemen said he would get straight on to the phone to the bomb disposal to give them the go ahead......
And
We've heard nowt!!!!!

It does look a sort of mess..... But it's eggs and omelettes.......
The amount of dead trees, suckers growing out the bank and brambles is phenomenal.....
Will start piecing it together again tomorrow
