Nine words about the social care system and endless ramblings about cats and animals rights, stopping the export of farm animals or imports of wildlife products, no guessing as to who actually wrote this?

The delivery and confidence of a leader . He refused to be knocked down by negative interruptions and kept up the 'atmosphere' of a positive future for Britain.
Like I said not all will agree but they are my thoughts .

Is being a showman your only requirement for a PM?

I'm not surprised that he's full of confidence after the election results. No doubt that he's a great public speaker. I am more concerned that the country is being led by a serial liar, in his public and private life, who appears to be worked from the back by an animal rights zealot.

I see the rumour mill has it that Bozza is thinking of going to the poles at the end of this year or early next, then resign as PM. Apparently he is looking to maximise on a covid bounce and people getting back to normal, but before any revelations start coming from the Covid enquiry and long-term problems of Brexit are separated from the Covid crises. Conservative HQ see Bozza as a certain campaign winner atm against Starmer, but are uncertain about the electability of who may replace him. :scratchhead:

There are a lot of alternative Conservative leaders who are very popular with the electorate, and not just conservative voters.

Have Labour got anybody at all, who could manage to beat the Cons, even if they were to replace Boris with Cameroon having a second go?

Didn’t Teresa May take a ramble in the Welsh air, and get inspired to go to the country, against that unelectable Corbyn. She too had a Brexit bounce at the time.
Look how that turned out....

The trouble was she forgot to come back from her ramble and actually contest the election, if labour had anyone but corbyn they would have won,
