I just bought a CVX 195 which had got a Promotech chipbox plugged into it. The tractor has a bit over 3000 h on it and had it since almost new. I got another CVX 195 without the chipbox and its power is enough for me. Since the 195 is the biggest in its range I am a bit worried it might not be able to handle the extra hp although I drive it carefully. Without chip it has 196 hp without boost and 216 hp with boost. With promotech it says 246 hp, I do not know if that is with or without boost or if it is boosted all the time... Since it got it since almost new it might be a bad idea to remove it?

Whats your thoughts on it?

Check that the air filter sensor is connected as 195's that were chipped or re mapped had a tendency to put the light on when under load even with a new filter. Because of this people disconnected it.
