Talked to the RPA today.

Reading between the lines they are going to pay 90% in December.

However any errors in 15 they are ignoring as there is a lot of pressure to meet this 90% figure asap.

I have errors in the 15 claim that have been copied into the 16 but they can't afford the resources to look at it so I'll have two years incorrect payment to try and alter instead of one.

Agents must be loving this. ££££££ time. What a waste money.

Very miss info tho aint it?
Had HLS/ELS inspection late Oct & was advised it might delay payments but iam now thinking its the HLS/ELS payments it might only delay ? but unsure. I received my half yearly HLS payment mid nov which was a surprise when it wasnt meant to be paid till mid Dec.
Then the other half payement is in Jan.... some cash flow carryon when its delayed i can tell you

I can't find the green railway station bit, but 'our' page on RPA site if you go to Claim BPS, shows 'cleared for payment' in the last box.
Which is good, except the entitlements vapourised last year, through RPA errors, have not been reinstated.

So, the conversation goes on.
