BPS and Tenancy Agreement

We are renewing out FBT and in the new agreement it states that the FBT will include the latest form of words provided by CAAV concerning the future treatment of entitlements.
I haven’t been able to find anything about this online so queried it with the landlords agent and he said they are still waiting for the update to schedule 4 but the wording before Brexit does loosely deal with it.
Again I can’t find anything online about it. Can anyone help or do I need to take professional advice. Thanks

Make sure you have plenty of break clauses to walk away if you want to.
It only takes a change of Landlord’s agent to ruin things in my experience.
If there is a will from both sides to make it work, it will work, whatever the agreement says.
