BPS payment in bank tomorrow!

I have received mine this morning, and it's even the right amount. I am now retired from my tenancy, although still in business until next April 5th, so this is the last of my payments.

Am I still at risk of receiving a letter saying that they did a remote inspection and that they want to raise any matters?

If your not claiming again...... how the heck are they going to get any money back off of you..... short of taking you to court and proving their case?
Remember.
Only a judge can make you pay up.

Still at claim validation but as we only got the results of our June inspection a week ago (no issues) then i was resigned to the fact it will be late as usual. After the first year the cashflows were adjusted to consider it a bonus.

No inspection here. So, will this be the 11th year out of 12 where farm expansion has driven me to dispair? Would have been nice to not be one of the 10%, or even the 1% again.

Two physical and one remote inspection in 3yrs so i am hoping we are all inspected up for a few years  i don;t think we have had it on the first day in 10+yrs so it doesn't really bother me anymore.

I'd like to say it doesnt bother me, but it really does feel like being picked on to not get it early again. Now it's the wait to see if we get it sorted before we apply for next years, and in time to get in the right side of the business year end. They really should have the end of the payment window before the cut-off for the following year's scheme application.

I agree, when an inspector rocks up in our yard again you do feel slightly picked on but what can you do, we cash the check we have to live with the rules

The weather frustrates me more than BPS nowadays :)
