BREAMS excellent or above has been adopted by our council on all new Buildings, even stables and Grainstores!
has anyone yet worked out how to tackle this?
i wonder if a small battery / Pv set up might work to run the lights?
for some of the bigger jobs, in this current state it kills the job outright
