No, but unless it's from an accredited herd it will have to be tested when it arrives. And until the results come back, it will have to be isolated.

If it tests positive for the virus, it will have to be killed. And the recipient farm might lose its Negative status and have to start testing all calves as they are born.

In fact, it doesn't bear thinking about, so it is vital that it is tested clear before moving, and that it is also fine as far as TB is concerned. .
