Had a flyer in the post today advertising a bucket called Tub Fly claiming to be 'an effective fly protection for thousands of livestock'
Has anyone used them and what do you think ?

I think they've been mentioned a few times on here. If you search Garlic buckets, or something like that, you should find them.

I’ve got some garlic buckets (not DB) out with some heifers. Definitely reduce flys but doesn’t completely keep them away. Certainly wouldn’t use them to prevent fly strike in sheep but good enough for cattle.

Had one a few weeks ago. Flies seem to have reduced but not by much. Could have been more a change in weather than the lick?
