Now entering it’s 7th year with TFF having attended the last 5, the British Farming Awards has become a great event which has celebrated and rewarded hundred’s of farmers doing fantastic work across the sector. It is a night well worth the trip out.

The agricultural industry contributes more than £24 billion to the UK economy and the role of farmers, families and rural businesses has never been so important to instrument change in both the climate and in food ethics. The British Farming Awards 2019 offers a timely reminder and allows us the celebrate the very best farmers.

There are 14 categories in total. Alongside farming’s core sectors – dairy, beef, sheep, arable and machinery – there is also a celebration of talented youngsters coming into the industry and a reminder of the contribution rural businesses are making to the UK’s tourism, textile, wedding, retail and wildlife sectors – just to name a few.

So do you know someone who you would nomiate or would you eneter yourself?

There doesn't seem to be lists of past winners (prior to 2018) on your website. It would be useful to publish them, so we know that we aren't nominating people who have already won in the past.

why this obsession of finding ' the best....'
sick marketing by a few multinational sponsors in a cheap attempt to fill magazine pages to spite people into reading piffle.
all it does is make the rest of us feel very inferior, not inspired.
