He's not a bull I would use as a herd sire but as corrective mating bull on certain cows I think he's decent - hopefully that makes sense.

I am really liking the new cogent releases this proof run, already ordered some garfield, mint and trailblazer

Like the look of mint. Normally like to have a proven bull in the flask tho. Not many to choose from. 🙄

The only available one worth using that I can see is benny red. Better off picking 5-6 genomic bulls and using them

You will end up with 1 bull you regret
1 bull you wish you used more of
and 4 bulls that are decent

Mine for this spring were, Jake, Patriot, Braveheart, Paddington, Benny and Coverack

For this autumn/winter it will be, Braveheart, Paddington, Garfield, benny, mint and trailblazer

Already got cows milking by benny red I wouldn’t want any more.

Thought about gtw but he’s off the list after his proof last week.
