Just brought in a heifer calf from Josh's mother. Was supposed to be a bull for a contract mating with Genus. Never mind, I've got a good heifer coming on
Carrickshock Piet 2. Not the greatest linear but a huge milk yield. The idea was to try and get the high milk figure and the good confirmation and milk quality of the Yasmin family to make a good bullYour the only person I know who wants bull calves. Who is the sire?

Yes Josh will produce big cows. The other bull I've got is Dexter. He's from one of my favourite old cows. She's done lactations with over 800kg solids on my system and his sire is Blackisle Glen albyn, one of the best bulls the breed has seen.
. He's named after my little boys friendWith a name like Dexter he sounds a much more suitable size.

Ha, no not the same one. Unsusual name thoughSurname Thompson?
I only ask because you don't meet many kids called Dexter but wife has a friend, Holly, who moved from Kingsbridge down to Helston area and she has a son called Dexter who must be 4/5 now.
Solo is a good bull . We have daughters milking all have good udders and feet and very quite in the parlourI have a few collycroft solo heifers to calf in the next month. Any being milked or reports? Also am using a bull called Dovea Jubilaris. No calves yet but he has some serious figures

I thought the same. Looks ok but I would think there are better Bulls out there.
Semex do a first class job of selling to breeders but it's a small proportion of the industryYeh he could be good be. Good fat% and good fertility but uno cross Freddy not really a outcross I would think iam no breeding expert though.
