We are just on concreting a yard which will have a 12 ton bin, got the spec for concrete, 4m 4m x300mm thick, but can we put it on the slight fall like yard so that water runs to drain,.

Will they just put Packers down when they drill and bolt it down?

Only talking like 10-20 mm fall in size of bin. 1:100 fall on yard
Not really wanting pad to sit higher
