Building design and spec

I was wondering if anyone knows some one to do a simple design and spec for a steel frame building?

I am looking to replicate an existing barn as part of a Leader grant and ideally would be looking for three prices on the same thing. If I could get someone to produce the spec without employing an architect or engineer I would be much happier.

I could try something myself but I probably have to many queries before I start.

Just send the dimensions to 3 online companies they will send back a written quote with the spec.
