How close to a boundary or neighbour can I build a straw shed (full permission) or convert something to light industrial units?
Just thinking of a pension plan.

there may be destruction on the deeds to right to light and air etc

Above 3 meters high ,its 2 mtrs away ,,then consider light exclusion to the neighbors ,,they might complain
