Building wanted suitable for garden Gym

I'm looking for suggestions for a building suitable for my daughter to operate a Personal Training and coaching business from.

Can be wooden or steel but must look good.
I'd like it to be removable.
Approx size 10x6m
Will need to be fitted out with toilet and shower facility and small office.
Needs insulation and heating system of some sort.

Overall really pleased thanks. Had a few small hiccups here and there (worn slip clutch, ram seal, belt with crack in) that weren’t picked up by the winter servicing but nothing that has really stopped us. We’ve just replaced them when we had chance. Has done everything we’ve asked of it and never let us down when the weather has been good and we’ve wanted to make the most of it. It was a bit of a concern starting the season with a machine unknown to me but I’ll have every confidence in it going forward. Great capacity too and the varifeed header is very handy indeed.

We were fortunate to have pushed on and got 50% of our acreage into winter crops so harvest is half done now and the spring barley and beans aren’t spoiling too much. Be glad to have them done though. Plenty round here are mostly spring cropped and like you haven’t turned much of a wheel yet.

If she is running a business from it you may need planning for change of use.
There are a lot of pre-fab garden room companies out there now and they will probably have something to suit.

We have one at home, I build them for a living.
8x8 inside, 8x10 foot print, it's big enough for cross trainer and multi gym.
