What’s the underside of the roof purlins and beams been sprayed with?

Spray foam insulation I’m afraid, should be able to remove from the flat surfaces, will be reflected in the price,

Could you tell me a bit more please, are the roof sheets salvageable or is it just the frame and purlins and is it wood or Z purlins?

The spray foamed shed is Metal profile, hopefully it will part company with foam,

What are the roof sheets like or is that a bit of an unknown until it’s taken down?

Have checked today, the spray foam will remove from Flat metal surfaces quite cleanly.

shed 2, Complete with steel profile Cladding, steel profile roof, 3.6 m grain walling, Steel gutters, 2 x Electric roller shutter doors, main steels 530mm x 210mm
size 32m deep, 2 bays 26 m wide, 3 bays 20 m wide, £25,000 plus vat
both to be Dismantled ready for loading

Also are the timbers spaced for fibre cement or tin
